1. General Information
This website is owned and operated by Outback Tallow Co.™ ABN 46 344 197 446. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Outback Tallow Co.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It's your responsibility to check for changes. Continued use of the site following updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product you receive is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in line with consumer guarantees.

3. Products & Availability
All descriptions, pricing, and availability of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We aim to ensure all product details are accurate; however, minor variations may occur due to the natural nature of our ingredients.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

Our Manufacturing Standards
Our products are designed in Australia and manufactured by a world class certified production partner with over 20 years of OEM skincare expertise and more than 100,000 international shipments delivered.

Our manufacturing facility holds the following internationally recognised certifications:

  • ISO 22716 
  • FDA Registered Facility 
  • CPNP Compliant 

Every batch undergoes a 6 stage quality control process from raw material PCR testing and ingredient verification through to finished product stability trials and final inspection before it ever reaches your hands.

We chose this partner for one reason: we wouldn't put anything on your skin that we wouldn't put on ours.

4. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including where product availability is limited or a pricing or listing error occurs.

Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop, After pay, Zip, Apple pay,  payment methods made available through Shopify's secure platform.

5. Shipping
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, and on Saturdays until 12pm (excluding public holidays). Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds
We offer full refunds on unused, unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return postage unless the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

The trade mark "OUTBACK TALLOW CO PHAT CHANCE OF GOODNESS" and bull's head logo (Trade Mark No. 2610514, Class 3) is the intellectual property of Kylie Cowan and is protected under Australian trade mark law.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Outback Tallow Co. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss.

Always perform a patch test prior to use. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions.
