We pack and dispatch every order with care, straight from our hands to your home — whether you're deep in the outback or smack in the middle of suburbia. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get our PHAT goods to you.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
During busy periods (like launch days or special promos), there may be slight delays — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
2. Shipping Rates
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping (Tracked)
Small Box (fits up to 3 jars): $11.15 AUD
Large Box (fits up to 20 jars): $19.30 AUD -
Free Shipping on all orders over $120 AUD
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping:
2–8 business days depending on your location. Remote and rural areas may take longer.
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Issues
Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, we are no longer in control of delivery times or delays. If your parcel is missing, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number. We’re always happy to assist where we can.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Outback Tallow Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Local Pickup or International Orders
We do not currently offer local pickup or international shipping. Stay tuned — we’re working on it!
