We pack and dispatch every order with care, straight from our hands to your home whether you're deep in the outback or smack in the middle of suburbia. Here's everything you need to know about how we get our PHAT goods to you.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and Saturday until 12pm (excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. During busy periods (like launch days or special promos), there may be slight delays but we'll always keep you updated.
2. Shipping Rates
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post with full tracking included on every order.

Free standard shipping automatically applies to all orders over $100 AUD.
3. Track Your Order
Every order ships with full Australia Post tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Track your parcel anytime at auspost.com.au/track.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days depending on your location. Express Shipping: 1–4 business days. We're based in Townsville, QLD most metro orders arrive at the lower end of the timeframe. Remote and rural areas may take a little longer.
5. Delivery Issues
Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times and delays are outside our control. If your parcel is missing, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact Australia Post directly at auspost.com.au/track with your tracking number. We're always happy to help where we can reach us at phat@outbacktallowco.com
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Outback Tallow Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping coming soon stay tuned.
