30-Day Return Policy

We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order confirmation email)

Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are deemed faulty.

Change of Mind

If you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange, provided the product is unused and returned at your expense.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Your order number

We’ll replace or refund faulty items as per your preference, in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
